Minister of Word and Sacrament
As pastor of this mission-oriented congregation she serves as spiritual director to its members, is the head of the staff, and moderates the Session. A key part of her spiritual leadership is preaching and leading Sunday worship, which is a centerpiece of Frame community life.
Rev. Zencka began her spiritual career at Frame on April 1, 2006 and “loves every part about being here.” She feels she has been “called to a place like I’ve never been called before.” This church has been exciting, challenging, and fun because of the bright members who have a real interest in their faith.
Rev. Zencka graduated with a Masters of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary in 1997. She also has a MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor of arts from The Johns Hopkins University. Rev. Zencka and her husband Carl have three sons, Jason, Tyler, and Corey.
Frame Memorial is now the focus of Rev. Zencka’s spiritual life, an experience she said with gracious acknowledgement, “feels like coming home.”

GERRY STELTENPOHL
Buildings and Grounds
That description comes from central Wisconsin native Gerry Steltenpohl who became the head of maintenance in 2005.
Gerry takes care of every detail, large and small, at Frame. That may involve building repairs one day and lawn care another. Whatever the task, Gerry takes it on with energetic enthusiasm. He lives by the motto, “Life is good.”
He and his wife, Chaz, have been members of Frame since 1998. They have two sons and two grandsons. They also play in a local rock and roll band called moogie.
